The Evidence in the Pizza Box

We get all sorts of interesting transfers to the Archives, but one of the more unusual transfers recently was some capital felony death penalty evidence that arrived in a pizza box. So what exactly was that evidence? It was a tile containing a shoe print…in sugar! Next time Maricopa County decides to transfer something to us in a pizza box, we’d like to respectfully request that it is hand-tossed with extra cheese.
